Mr. Moses Kwesi Baiden Jnr is the Promoter and Founder of the Margins Group and its Subsidiaries. He has over 20 years business experience in the Print, Office Supplies and Security Industries. He is currently the Group Chairman and Chief Executive of the Margins Group’s and its Subsidiaries.
He is also the Chief Executive of Ghana Identification Company Limited.He has recently held the following positions: Board Chairman, REWSS Africa; Vice Chairman, Ghana Investment Promotion Council; and currently holds the positions of Director in Western Rural Bank, and Southern Trident West Africa, Trustee - Heritage Protection Foundation and Millenium Excellence Foundation. |

Mr. Joseph Amoako is Group Executive Director (Corporate/Legal Strategy) of the Margins Group of Companies.
He is a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He has over 15 years business experience as a Corporate Attorney.
Before joining Margins he was with Fugar and Company Limited, a leading law firm in Ghana and has worked on various projects in the areas of Litigation, Due Diligence, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions.

Mr. Kwesi Atta Panyin Baiden is a Group Non-Executive of the Margins Group.
He is a US trained corporate attorney with over 15 years experience in the areas of finance, mergers, acquisitions, securities laws and corporate governance. He currently serves as US Division Counsel for Pride International Inc, one of the world’s largest drilling contractors headquartered in Houston, Texas.
He has worked as a Corporate Attorney with the following World Class International firms: Winston & Strawn; Weil, Gotshal and Manges and Skadden; Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. |

Mr. Peter Blom is a Group Executive Director and Executive Chairman of Intelligent Card Production Systems Limited, Africa’s leading security card manufacturing entity.
He has over 25 years business experience in the areas of Identification, Print Finishing, Office Supplies and has promoted several companies in these industries.
He is the Managing Director of GSTAS DK, Denmark, a Print and Office Supplies Company and a Director of Supercard ApS Denmark a leading Security Solutions Provider in Denmark. He serves on the Boards of GMP Denmark, Blom Trading, LK Anlaeg, LK Holding , Power Spirit Institute of Denmark and REWSS Africa, Southern Trident West Africa and the Heritage Protection Foundation of Ghana. |

He was Executive Director in Charge of Databank Asset Management Services Limited part of Databank Group Ghana. Before joining Databank he worked with the National Grid PLC in the United Kingdom as an Engineer. |
